We have a kitchen, meeting room, visitors area and of course WCs for use by the office tenants and their visitors.

Annex Opening times
24/7 access for tenants only.
Call Answering – All your calls answered for you in your company name. Calls will be transferred to your office if you are in or put them through to your voicemail if you are out or in meetings. These voice messages will magically ping their way over to you via email meaning you never have to miss a call again.
Post / Package Handling – All your mail will be signed for and secured until you collect it. (Larger deliveries will be placed directly in your office).
Clerical Services – Typing, envelope stuffing and other services are available and will be charged to you by the hour.
Greeting your Visitors – When our visitors arrive you will be called to inform you of their presence in the building while they book in, they will be offered a beverage and then seated in the visitors area.
Copying / Printing – there is an A3 photocopier on site and copying /printing can be done for you (a full price list can be obtained from reception).
