On-site Facilities

We have a kitchen, meeting room, visitors area and of course WCs for use by the office tenants and their visitors.

Standard Opening Times – for visitiors / meetings

Monday to Friday – 0900hrs to 1800hrs

Saturday & Sunday (and Bank Holidays) – CLOSED

24/7 access is for tenants only.

Reception Area

The reception duties are looked after by a great team and they are there to help between 9am and 5.00pm. You can contact them outside those times by emailing frontdesk@excaliburservicedoffices.co.uk.

Services provided:-

Call Answering – All your calls answered for you in your company name. Calls will be transferred to your office if you are in or put them through to your voicemail if you are out or in meetings. These voice messages will magically ping their way over to you via email meaning you never have to miss a call again.

Post / Package Handling – All your mail will be signed for and secured until you collect it. (Larger deliveries will be placed directly in your office).

Greeting your Visitors – When our visitors arrive you will be called to inform you of their presence in the building while they book in, they will be offered a beverage and then seated in the visitors area.

Copying / Printing – there is an A3 photocopier on site and copying /printing can be done for you (a full price list can be obtained from reception).

 

Visitors Area

There is a comfy place for your visitors to wait and a great place to hang out at lunchtime rather than eating at your desk. It’s right near the kitchen so no need to hike miles to get to the microwave. There is a TV so you can watch a bit of catch-up TV, if you have a Chromecast enabled device, on your breaks away from your desk.

Meeting Room

This room will seat 6 comfortably with full tele-conferencing facilities and different viewing/video options on request. This room is available to book at reception for any business in the local area (prices can be requested here). It is free to use if you are a tenant of the offices within the building.

Conference Room

This room will seat 14/16 comfortably with 100 inch projector so everyone can see, whiteboard facilities and other different viewing/video options on request. This room is available to book at reception for any business in the local area (prices can be requested here). It is half price to use if you are a tenant of the offices within the building.

Breakout Area

Outside the Conference room is a comfy area with ample space to network, have coffee, buffet lunches and evening events. When you hire the Conference room this breakout area is automatically included for you to utilise making your event run smoother.

Kitchen Facilities

Each office get its own cupboard for their cups and drink supplies. It is fully fitted with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a Flavia coffee machine with many different varieties of teas and coffees to choose from if you wish.
